Fees

Entry/Class Fees: $200 Preliminary and Intermediate; Training $150; Post Entry Fees: $50 additional if entry is postmarked after entries close. Any change in division or class of a received entry will also constitute a post entry and be subject to the $50 fee. Entry Fee Refund Policy: Before entries close, refund of entry fee only if accompanied by a vet certificate, minus $50 for administrative fee. Stall fees are NOT refundable. Entries must include copies of Coggins Test and ADS Card. Shavings will not be provided with your stall, however, will be available for purchase at the event. Tentative Schedule

Stable Opens: Thursday, 9 AM; Secretary’s Office Opens: Thursday, 9 AM, Competitor Packets will be available Thursday, at 1 PM; Vet Check: NONE. Course Walk and Briefings: There will be no course walk. Marathon Course will be open for inspection by competitors Thursday, at 1 PM. Briefing will be Friday, 5 PM. Presentation: On the Move; Dressage: Saturday, 9 AM, followed immediately by Cones. Marathon: Sunday, 9 AM. Awards approx 3 PM. Welcome Wine & Cheese immediately preceding the briefing, Friday, April 29.

Dressage

Test(s): Training Test 2, Preliminary Test 2, Intermediate Test 3. Arena size for VSE’s 40 X 80. Teams or Tandems, if any will do their test in 40 X 80 arena.
Ring/Warm-up area Footing: Competition Arena composite mix, warm up area composite mix and grass, Cones Arena, Grass or Composite Mix, depending on weather.

Marathon

Terrain: Mostly hard-packed tracks, some hills, several stream crossings, grass, composite mix.
Level: Training; 1 Sections; 6 km; 5 Obstacles
Level: Preliminary; 1 Sections; 7 km; 6 Obstacles
Level: Intermediate; 1 Sections; 7 km; 6 Obstacles

Stabling Information: Temporary Stalls with doors.
Driver/Groom twice around allowed on marathon? (Article 917) Yes, but only if time and schedule permits. First Entry will be given priority. If driver going twice, MUST be entered in separate division. Entries for drivers going twice in same division will not be accepted. Navigators may accompany more than 1 entry. However due to scheduling conflicts, navigators may go a maximum of 2 times, and must be in separate divisions.
Entry Requirements: Per ADS rules
Misc. Show info: All information regarding acceptance of entry, anything that is missing from your entry, and time schedules will be posted on www.gladstonedriving.org as soon as it becomes available. You may look for this information to be posted after the entry closing date. Organizer reserves the right to change to 1 day event depending on amount of entries, or to do Intermediate Dressage on Friday if entries warrant. If Intermediate Dressage is moved to Friday, Cones for intermediate will be moved to Friday also. Competitors will be notified via email if this occurs prior to June 1, 2012.

Directions to Show: Route 287 to Exit 22B (Route 206 North-Bedminster) Proceed north on Route 206 to light at Pottersville Road (approx 4.5 miles) Turn left onto Pottersville Road and immediately left again onto Fowler Road - look for signs to stables on left.
