Fees
Entry/Class Fees: $125 for HDT, $100 for Combined Test (Dressage & Cones only); Post Entry Fees: Additional $25 (only if space available); Entry Fee Refund Policy: Full refund before closing date, after closing date refund of entry fee less $25 with vet certificate, no refund of stall fees; Stall Fee: $100 (one equine per stall; stall required for HDT); $65 grounds fee for horses trailering in for Combined Test only. Stall Deposit: $25; Separate Check? Yes, made out to LER; Stall Refund Policy: No refunds after closing date. Stall deposit checks destroyed if stalls are clean. All refunds processed one week after show completion date. Other Fees: ADS Non-Member Fee: $30. Changes to entry after closing date $25. Camping $25 per night on Friday/Saturday only (no hookups). Tentative Schedule
Stable Opens: Noon Friday; Secretary’s Office Opens: 3-6 PM Friday; Course Walk and Briefings: Dressage & Cones open for walking Friday 6 PM, Saturday morning, Saturday lunch break. Marathon Course Walk 5 PM Saturday, course open for walking Saturday, Sunday morning, Sunday lunch break; Safety Check: 15 minutes prior to dressage, 15 minutes prior to Marathon; Dressage: 9 AM or 1 PM Saturday; Marathon: 9 AM or 1 PM Sunday; Cones: Immediately following dressage; Social Events: Awards 4 PM Sunday. Other scheduling: Competitors will also be volunteering or providing a volunteer; if competing in the morning session, competitors will be volunteering in the afternoon session or vice versa. Please indicate preference of volunteer days and volunteering morning or afternoon on entry form. Most volunteers are needed on Sunday. Navigators and multiple entries must be finalized on entry form prior to closing date.

Veterinary/Health Requirements: Negative Coggins within 1 year of event date, health certificate if out of state.
Stabling Information: One stall required per equine entered. Permanent stabling w/ doors. Bring your own hay and shavings – not available on grounds.
Driver/Groom twice around allowed on marathon? (Article 917) Driver may compete with a second entry at the discretion of the organizer, scheduling permitted. The second entry must be entered as H.C. and driven after the competing entry. Drivers may not navigate for other entries unless the other entry is H.C. Multiple entries MUST be made before the closing date, or they will not be honored. Navigators may ride with more than one entry, only if schedule permits and navigator information is communicated on initial entry forms before the closing date.
Awards Offered: Ribbons 1-6, Special “Best” Awards for Dressage, Cones, Marathon (must compete in HDT for “Best” Awards).
Food Available on the Grounds: Yes, during event hours.

Camping On Grounds: Yes; Details: No hookups available; must be self-contained, $25 per night, available Friday and Saturday night only, payable with entry. Other offsite camping: RV park with hookups across the street from venue 352-567-3510, or nearby Sunburst RV park 352-567-3411.
Directions to Event: Little Everglades Ranch is between Ocala and Tampa off Hwy. 301. From I-75 take Exit #301 (Dade City-Brooksville). Turn east about 4 miles. Turn right on the 98 Bypass (McKethan Road). Merge to the right on Hwy. 301 and go about 4 miles to Ashbrook. Turn left and use caution at the railroad crossing.
