Fees


Entry/Class Fees: Advanced; Intermediate and Preliminary, $250, Training $200; $25 entry fee discount for any driver who provides one volunteer on Saturday, May 31st ; Post Entry Fees: $50; Entry Fee Refund Policy: Full refund before closing less $25; cancellation must be in writing, fax, email or post; Stall Fee: $150, includes 2 shavings, (no straw); extra shavings avail. at $5 per bale; Stall Deposit: $50; Stall Refund Policy: Same as entry; Other Fees: Sat. night competitor party on grounds $30 per person. Veterinary/Health Requirements: Negative Coggins within 12 months; health cert. for out of state.
Stabling Information: Permanent stalls; board & chain link, full doors, good drainage, wash stalls
Awards Offered: PRIZE MONEY First THRU 3rd EACH CLASS (when 3 entries in class); Trophy, 6 ribbions in each class; George W. Hoffman Trophy for Advanced Single Horse; G.E. McKissick Conditioning Trophy; HOTY points for USEF entries.
Misc. Show info: Competitors or grooms in ALL DIVISIONS may participate in Competition B more than once, schedule permitting. The second entry must be classified separately (different division) OR as Hors Concours, in which case the HC entry must be driven after the competing entry. Grooms may compete on more than one vehicle in Competitions A & C. Random computer generation will be utilized for the draw.
