Fees
Entry/Class Fees: $15 per class, $85 per division (6 classes, turnout, working, super reins. 3 obst.), $110 to drive all weekend all eligible classes, (includes three specialty/novelty classes on Sat.). Post Entry Fees: $25 per class / $105 per division / $135 all weekend. NO post entries on Sunday May 13 because entries must be scheduled prior to event. Entry Fee Refund Policy: Refund with 24 hours’ notice less 10% program fee. Stall Fee: $35 per night, $70 for weekend; Stall Deposit: Yes, $25. Separate Check? Yes, made out to Connie Pitkin; Stall Refund Policy: NO refunds on stall fees. Other Fees: Entries not using stabling must include $10 per day facility fee. Entries using trailers or portable pens for overnight stabling must pay $10 facility fee plus $15 per day pen fee. Competitors Party $15 per person; Make Checks Payable to: Tejas Carriage Association

Stable Opens: 5/11, 2 PM; Secretary’s Office Opens: 5/11, 4 PM. Briefings: 5/12, TBA for Sunday’s obstacle classes. Start times for Saturday and Sunday Classes: 9 AM both days. Social Events: Sat. evening 5/12 approx. 6:30 PM.

Summary of Classes Offered: Turnout, Working, Super Reinsmanship, Ladies Working, Gents Working, Well Worn Whips Working (age 60+), Dog to Ride (non ADS), Pick Your Route, Cross Country Obstacles, Timed Obstacles Fault in and Out Obstacles, Challenged Driver.
Ring/Warm-up area Footing: Grass / Grass
Obstacle Class Notes: In open areas on turf; Cross Country covers some rolling areas with possible water crossing, Ring/Warm-up area Footing: Grass / Grass
Awards Offered: Rosettes 1-6 placings, Special award for Concours and division winners.
Misc. Class Info: All obstacle classes run on Sunday back to back. Competitors will be assigned a start time and will drive the obstacle classes in succession. Challenged Driver eligibility requires active enrollment in a certified Therapeutic Driving Program. Classes
offered in Challenged Driver are Working, Fault and Out Obstacles, and Super Reinsmanship. Helper Driver required, two sets of rein allowed. Whip rule may be waived for driver but must be held by helper driver. All other ADS rules apply with consideration.

Veterinary/Health Requirements: Negative Coggins within 1 year of show date
Stabling Information: 10x10 permanent stalls some paddocks.
