Stable Opens: Thurs 9 am; Secretary’s Office Opens: Fri 1 pm; Vet Check: On the move during dressage; Course Walk and Briefings: Fri 4 pm; Presentation: On the move during dressage; Dressage: Sat 8:30 am safety check 15 minutes prior; Marathon: Sun at 8:30 am safety check 15 minutes prior; Cones: Sat after Dressage; Social Events: Fri Welcoming Party immediately following the course walk, Sat Night Competitors Party in conjunction with Silent Auction to benefit The United States Driving for the Disabled, Cocktails 6:30 pm Dinner 7 pm, Sun Awards Party after the completion of the scoring

Other Dressage Info: Vet Check and Presentation will be on the move. Four-in-hands and Tandems will be in a 40 X 100 ring; There will be a mandatory Safety Check 15 minutes prior to your Dressage Test.


Marathon


Terrain: Mowed course in gently rolling Bluegrass hay fields, some private gravel road, may have a small creek crossing. There will be a mandatory Safety Check 15 minutes prior to your start time.
Level: Training; 3 sections; 10 km; 5 obstacles
Level: Preliminary; 3 sections; 12 km; 6 obstacles
Level: Intermediate; 3 sections; 14 km; 6 obstacles

Veterinary/Health Requirements: Negative Coggins within 1 year of show dates

Stabling Information: Temporary Stalls with doors under tent. Carriage storage in indoor arena.
Misc. Show info: Drivers may compete twice if schedule can accommodate. Second entry must compete HC. Navigators may ride with more than one entry. All dogs must be on a leash. Hay and bedding available on site. Please specify in advance shavings or straw on entry form. Golf cars must be ordered in advance; Refer to Other Fees.
Camping on the grounds with self contained unit is allowed. All camping must be reserved in advance with secretary.

Off Grounds: Yes, Kentucky Horse Park Camp Grounds; Complete hook ups available no reservation needed, 10 miles away. Call 606-255- 2690 for more information.
Directions to Show: Coming from the South; Take I-75 North to Exit # 126 (Georgetown/Cynthiana Rt. 62) merge to the right and go to the third stop light. Toyota is on your Left. Turn right and the Gayla Driving Center is 3.7 miles on the right. Look for a round Gayla Driving Center Sign hanging on a four black vinyl fence. Coming from the North; Take I-75 South to Exit #126 (Georgetown/ Cynthiana Rt. 62) Turn to the left off of the exit ramp and go to the fourth stop light. Toyota is on your left. Turn right and Gayla will be 3.7 miles on the right. Same as above.
