Fees

Entry/Class Fees: $150; Post Entry Fees: $200; Changes to an entry after May 25th $25; Entry Fee Refund Policy: Cancellations prior to closing date – Full refund less $25 office fee; Cancellations after the closing date – No refunds – but – following the event the committee will review the financial status of the event and if the situation permits will refund entries to competitors providing vet/doctor certificates less $25 office fee. Stall Fee: $100; Stall Deposit: $50; Separate Check? Yes; Stall Refund Policy: Full stall refund prior to the closing date. Cancellations after the closing date will be reviewed following the competition. Other Fees: Pinney deposit $20 separate check will be destroyed after pinney is returned. Saturday Night Competitor Party $35, ATV/Golf Cart tag fee $10, Camping per night $20 no hookup, $35 per night with hookups (30 amp limit) must be registered in advance to guarantee availability & must check in with Stable Management for assigned spot before setting up Clinic $30. Stabling Information: Permanent stalls with doors. No shavings permitted. Stabling fee includes Thursday night through Saturday night. Extra nights available @ $25 per night reserved in advance.
Driver/Groom twice around allowed on marathon? (Article 917) Yes if schedule permits. Second entry will compete HC. Include written request with entry.
Misc. Show info: All dogs on leash at all times. No shavings permitted. Straw only. No two wheeled motor vehicles permitted. Helmets required when operating or riding on ATV’s. Clinic on Friday TBA. Directions to Show: From North: Take I-95 South through Delaware into Maryland and take exit 109A (Route 279). Take Route 279 towards Elkton and turn right onto Route 213 North. Continue on Route 213 North to Route 273. Turn right onto Route 273 and continue to Entrance 3 on right and follow directions to Stabling. From South: I-95 North to Exit 100, Route 272 North. Follow Route 272 North for five miles to Route 273. Turn right onto Route 273 East and continue for six miles. Go through the intersection of Route 273 and Route 213 passing the Fair Hill Inn. Continue to Entrance 3 on right and follow directions to Stabling.
