Total # of Classes Offered: Approximately 40.
Summary of Classes Offered: Classes for division championships: Working Pleasure, Turnout, Reinsmanship, Cross Country Obstacles, Pick Your Route, Timed Obstacles; Junior Division Championship includes Turnout, Working Pleasure, Reinsmanship and Numbered Cones; Juniors are limited to classes held in the enclosed arena, which will include at least one cones class; other classes include Ladies to Drive and Gentlemen to Drive (judged as Working Pleasure), Cone Weaving, Reverse Psychology, Double Jeopardy, and Gambler’s Choice
Ring/Warm-up area Footing: Ring: sand for junior division, grass for other divisions; Warm-up area: grass
Marathon Notes: Cross country will be on grass and dirt road near the river; Type of Terrain: Rolling hills
Obstacle Class Notes: Ring/Warm-up area Footing: Sand for Timed Obstacles, grass for other obstacle classes
Awards Offered: Division Championship and Reserve Championship; All classes ribbons for 1-5 places

Other Information

Veterinary/Health Requirements: Negative Coggins within 1 year of show date; health papers within 30 days of the show on all horses
Stabling Information: 10 x 10 box stalls in horse barn; indoor carriage storage near stalls.
Misc. Show info: Dogs must be on leash.
Food Available on the Grounds: Box lunches (sub sandwich, side salad, drink) available Saturday and Sunday, $5 each. Must be ordered when checking in.
Accommodations: The Executive Inn of Webster City, 1700 Superior Street, is offering a special rate of $52 a night for the weekend. Call 1-800-322-3631 and ask for the BITS block of rooms. Must be reserved by August 15, 2011.
Camping On Grounds: Yes, electrical hookups $20 a night, primitive camping free. The fairgrounds raised the fee from $15 to $20 per night.
Camping Off Grounds: No
Directions to Show: From I-35, take exit 142B (US 20 west toward Fort Dodge) 12.5 miles to exit 140 (IA Highway 17S). At the bottom of the ramp, turn right onto Superior Street. At the second stoplight, turn right onto Bank Street which becomes Dubuque Street. Right onto Bluff. Or follow the signs from Superior Street to the Hamilton County Fairgrounds.
