Stable Opens: Thurs., 27th; Secretary’s Office Opens: Noon - Thurs. 27th; Briefing: Friday, 28th - 10:30 am; ADT: Begins Friday, 28th at Noon; Social Events: “Thrill on the Hill” Friday evening, Exhibitor Party - Saturday evening. Tri-Color Awards Luncheon, Midday following the Magnolia Drive.

Summary of Classes Offered: ADT – Dressage, Timed Obstacles, Arena Driving. PD – Dressage, Timed Obstacles, Super Reinsmanship, Working, Pick your Route. Judged separately: Friday evening - Carriage dogs, Carriage kids; Sunday - Magnolia Drive.
Dressage Test(s): Training: Test 1, Preliminary: Test 1, Intermediate: Test 1
Ring/Warm-up area Footing: All weather
Marathon Notes: 4-5 K; Type of Terrain: wooded trails, dry creek bed crossing(s), rolling grassy meadows through neighboring estates with Mimosa reception along the way (non ADS recognized but local tradition).
Obstacle Class Notes: measured at 1.75m, (pairs/multi 2.0m); Ring/Warm-up area Footing: grass /all weather
Awards Offered: 1-6 place ribbons, champ/reserve by division, Jr. /Sr. high point trophies, Concours d’ Elegance, High Point Morgan, High Point Welsh Pony.

Veterinary/Health Requirements: Negative Coggins within 1 year of show date.
Stabling Information: Permanent stalls with covered walk ways. Shavings available $6/bag or bring your own. Extra nights available.
Food Available on the Grounds: Limited on site vendors plus three scheduled meals.
Accommodations: Holiday Inn Express, 901-309-6474; Hampton Inn 901-754-8454, others in vicinity.
Camping On Grounds: Yes – Reservations required – very convenient with hook ups - $50. Contact Secretary.
Directions to Show: I-240 to Hwy 385, exit N Hacks Cross Rd, North approx 3 miles to left (w) on Poplar Pike, ½ mile to left into show grounds.
